After realizing my Xiaomi digital scale was consistently providing inaccurate readings, I decided to send it in for repairs. The service center conducted tests and claimed there was no issue, returning the scale to me. However, the problem persisted, with the scale showing 1.5 kilograms even when empty.
I tested it by weighing both myself and my spouse at the same weight. Astonishingly, the scale consistently misread, impacting over 20 people, including friends and family. We even tried different locations, including multiple rooms in our own home and a friend's house, with no success. Strangely, the service center's tests somehow showed accurate results every time.
