I Face Poor Performance and No Signal Boost from My Xiaomi Wi-Fi Range Extender
About a month ago, I purchased a Xiaomi Wi-Fi Range Extender expecting to improve my internet coverage — but it has been nothing but a disappointment. Despite following the setup instructions correctly, the device does not function as advertised. Instead of boosting the Wi-Fi signal, it actually made my internet connection worse in the areas I needed help with.
I initially hoped it would stabilize over time, so I held off on returning it. But after weeks of frustration, nothing has improved. It’s clear there’s either a defect or a serious performance issue with the product. I spent ₺850 on this device, and it feels like money thrown away.
Xiaomi, I trusted your brand to deliver quality, but this product has only caused inconvenience. I want a proper resolution — either a refund, a replacement, or an actual fix. Customers should not be left dealing with faulty equipment that doesn’t serve its basic function. Please take this complaint seriously and address my grievance as soon as possible.
