I made a call to Xiaomi Turkey Customer Service on March 26th, 2024, at 14:35. Their contact number is 0800 621 22 26. I encountered a problem and had a query about my order from their official website. The person who answered, a male individual, used language that was disrespectful towards me. He displayed a sudden burst of aggression, abruptly terminating the call, and to make matters worse, he actually suggested that I purchase "Non-Original" Xiaomi products. I've never encountered such a lack of manners. This is not appropriate for a corporate brand. I am disappointed that my complaint was not addressed and no apology was given. I'm not happy with it.
