On September 24, 2025, I placed an order on mi.com (Order No: 5250**********38) that included three items. One of these items, a Xiaomi 120W HyperCharge Combo charger priced at approximately $28, was never delivered to me. Since the courier could not deliver the package to my home address, the product was returned to Xiaomi.
Despite the product being returned to Xiaomi, months have passed and I have still not received a refund for this item. Due to the prolonged delay, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee on November 8, 2025. In their response to the committee, Xiaomi claimed that the issue had been resolved through a refund and requested dismissal of the complaint. Based on this statement, the committee ruled that there was no need for a decision. However, I never received any refund from Xiaomi.
Even after repeatedly requesting a refund through phone, email, and live chat support channels, I was continuously delayed without any clear resolution. When I contacted the company again on April 13, 2026, I was told that no refund would be issued because I had not returned the entire order, and that partial refunds were not allowed.
As a result, Xiaomi has not only failed to refund the $28 for the undelivered product but has also provided misleading information to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, creating the false impression that the refund had already been processed. I have all supporting documents regarding my claim.
I request that the amount of $28 be refunded to me immediately and that this matter be resolved without further delay.
