I'm dissatisfied with Evofone Ankara customer service, specifically with Ms. G*****, and the lack of responsiveness from the technical service. I sent my brand-new device, which developed the same issue twice within 45 days, to warranty service. However, they claimed there was no problem, applied a software update, and returned it. When I attempted to discuss the issue face-to-face at Evofone Ankara, Ms. G***** raised her voice at me. As a customer, I believe that customer service and technical support should be courteous as long as I maintain respect. Since there was already an issue, that's why I was there. I sent the brand-new sealed device back twice within 45 days due to pixelation on the screen and camera, requesting a replacement. I wanted to compare it with a new device in the store and demonstrate the issue. I request the examination of the camera recording and audio from Saturday, November 25, from 12:09 to 12:50. I'm seeking a resolution to my phone-related problem before my visa appointment on November 27. If the issue persists, I'll be traveling in the first week of December. I demand a replacement with a brand-new sealed product.
