Defective Xiaomi Buds 3 Replacement Problem

I recently bought a Bluetooth headset called Xiaomi Buds 3, but it turned out to be broken. When I went back to the store to get it fixed, they told me to send it to their technical service. Why should I have to fix something that you made wrong? Even worse, they told me in a rude way that I could complain wherever I wanted. I already know where to go to file a complaint, so why should I bother? Am I just a servant? I've only used the product for 10–15 days, but it's already giving me trouble. Instead of making me feel bad and like a victim, you should apologize and quickly replace it. I will complain to the Consumer Arbitration Board and ask for a refund. I will never buy anything from your company again, and I will tell others not to either. It's not okay to sell me a broken product and then tell me to complain somewhere else. I've been a loyal customer of yours for years, but I'm very sorry that I tried to save money this time.
