Xiaomi Redmi Buds 3 Lite Did Not Exceed Expectations

I bought the Xiaomi Redmi Buds 3 Lite in-ear headphones on August 14, 2023, but they broke down after only 6-7 weeks. The Bluetooth connection was constantly fluctuating, causing frequent disruptions. Everything I tried, from resetting to draining and recharging the battery, failed. It's now essentially useless, and I'm unsure what to do next. I have a legitimate complaint and am looking for an effective platform to communicate it to the brand. It's difficult to believe that a company as well-known as Xiaomi, with such a large production and sales volume, would overlook such issues.
