eFootball/Konami Account Hacked – Request Account Recovery

I am writing regarding a serious problem with my eFootball/Konami account that started today around 7:30 pm. I had seen a Black Friday campaign and, in order to receive a reward, I provided my Konami ID and the email address I registered with, and even shared the email password. After this, my phone reset itself. When I downloaded eFootball again and tried to log in with my real password, it no longer worked and I could not access my account. When I finally managed to look at my account, I saw that all my players had been exchanged and my account was clearly not in the condition I left it in. This makes me think my account has been accessed or changed without my permission, and I have lost the players I had before. I kindly request that Konami/eFootball give my account back to me, restore my account and all my players and items to their previous state if possible, and secure my account so that this does not happen again. I also want to regain full, safe access to my account and receive a clear explanation of what happened.
