Xbox Series Gamepad Shows 1-Year Warranty Instead of 2 Years

On October 1, 2025, I purchased an Xbox Series Controller gamepad from İtopya. The invoice number for the product is ERA2025000126794. After receiving the item, I noticed that the warranty period was listed as 1 year instead of 2 years, even though both the product box and the official descriptions clearly state that it comes with a 2-year warranty.
Since I just discovered the issue, I haven’t yet contacted customer service — I tried, but it was outside their working hours. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem.
I request that the warranty period be corrected to the proper 2 years, as stated in the product documentation and marketing materials.
