Corsair Liquid Cooler Failed – Itopya Refuses Warranty Despite 3-Year Guarantee

In July 2022, I purchased a Corsair liquid cooler as part of a custom-built desktop PC from Itopya.com. Recently, the cooler stopped working, and I checked the product box, which clearly states that it comes with a 3-year warranty.

However, when I contacted Itopya customer service, they refused to honor the warranty, claiming that the product is not covered and that they cannot provide any assistance. This is completely unacceptable—how can a product be advertised with a warranty but then be denied when a customer actually needs it?

My order number is 220710194019925148, and I expect my warranty to be honored. If this issue is not resolved, I will never shop at Itopya again. Itopya, take responsibility and fix this now!
