Unauthorized X Premium Plus Charge - Urgent Refund Needed

I am a “X Premium” subscriber on the X Platform. However, today I noticed that ₺14,320 was withdrawn from my account for a “Premium Plus” fee. I only had a Premium subscription and never upgraded to Premium Plus. This amount is very high for me and was charged without my consent. I request that this credit card transaction be canceled and the fee refunded to me. I tried to contact customer service regarding the issue but couldn’t find a way to reach them. My membership is registered under the email address “m********@gmail.com.” I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
