I placed an order on June 26 through the WWF Market website, requesting delivery to my work address via the Kargoist shipping company. However, even after a week, my package still hadn’t arrived. Kargoist claimed that they attempted delivery on July 1 but couldn’t reach anyone at the office. I then received a call from the courier, who said it would be delivered again the next day — yet 15 days have passed, and there’s still no sign of my order.
Despite calling Kargoist multiple times, I haven’t been able to reach anyone. They don’t even have a physical branch I can visit. I texted the number that previously contacted me, but there was no reply. Later, I received contradictory messages saying the package was “lost,” then “found,” and finally “lost again.” The entire process has been a complete mess.
During this time, I called WWF Market’s customer service at least four or five times to file a complaint. However, they never followed up or took any action. Their customer support is completely irresponsible and unresponsive.
Neither Kargoist nor WWF Market has taken ownership of the issue. My order is still missing, and I have not received any compensation or refund. I demand that my order be delivered immediately or my payment refunded in full. This level of neglect and poor service is unacceptable.
