After my purchase from WWF Market, I requested gift wrapping and sent both an email and a follow-up call regarding it — but I could not reach anyone. For five days, I’ve also been unable to track or get any update about my shipment, so I tried to contact WWF Market multiple times. Unfortunately, none of my emails were answered, and I couldn’t reach customer service by phone either.
I shop from WWF Market regularly, and it seems that they only provide service when there are no issues. The moment a problem arises, there is zero communication or support. This will definitely be my last purchase from them.
WWF Market’s customer support is completely unresponsive and unreliable. It’s ironic for a brand claiming to help animals while failing to assist its customers. They are not trustworthy, and instead of providing real service, they just inflate prices and call it a discount.
