WWF Market Canceled My Discounted Hat Order but Still Selling It at Full Price
On May 25, 2025, I ordered one hat from WWF Market during a sale, and the payment was successfully charged to my card. However, on May 28, I received an email stating that my order was canceled due to incorrect or missing stock and that a refund would be processed.
What’s frustrating is that, on the same day, I checked WWF Market’s website and noticed that the exact same hat was still being sold — but now at full price. This clearly shows that the product was not truly out of stock.
I request that WWF Market honor my original purchase and provide the hat at the discounted price that I paid during the sale.
