WWF Market Never Delivered My $162 Order Despite Shipping Confirmation

On August 13, 2025, I placed order #514127 on wwf.com, purchasing sweatshirts, shirts, t-shirts, and a bag for a total of $162.00. However, it has been two weeks since I placed the order, and none of the items have been delivered.
When I first contacted WWF customer service, I was told that my order had already been shipped. But when I spoke with the Kargoist delivery company, they informed me that the shipment was never handed over to them. I reported this situation again to WWF customer service, and on August 26, 2025, they promised a follow-up. When I called again on August 27, I was told that the issue was still under investigation and that I would be contacted — but no one has reached out to me since.
I paid for my order using a credit card, and I’ve been left both financially and emotionally frustrated. I am requesting that my order be delivered to me immediately and in full. Additionally, if there are any items I do not like upon delivery, I want to ensure that I can return them without facing any obstacles.
I expect WWF Market to take responsibility for this situation and resolve my grievance appropriately.
