Myıq Charged Over $70 Without My Permission After One-Time Test Payment

I registered on the Myıq website only to take a one-time test. At the end of the test, I was asked to pay a fee of approximately $1, which I paid in order to complete the process. After that, I never used the site again.
Despite not using the platform at all afterward, unauthorized charges were later made from my account. On January 17, 2026, approximately $37 was withdrawn from my account, and on February 14, 2026, another approximately $37 charge was made without my permission.
These payments were taken from my Ziraat Bank debit card, and I have the related receipts and account statements available as proof.
I never approved any subscription, recurring payment, or ongoing membership. Because of this, I have been seriously inconvenienced and financially harmed by these unauthorized charges.
I request that Myıq immediately and fully refund all amounts charged beyond the original one-time test fee, including the unauthorized payments taken during December 2025 and January 2026.
Otherwise, I would like to state clearly that I will pursue all necessary legal and administrative actions regarding this matter.
