Unauthorized $33 Charge From WWIQTest Needs Refund
On April 30, 2026, at approximately 5:20 PM, an unauthorized charge of approximately $33 was made from my DenizBank card account by a website called wwiqtest.com without my knowledge or approval. I had previously made only one small payment on this website, and after that I never gave consent for any membership, recurring payment, subscription, or similar authorization.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted DenizBank and filed a formal charge dispute. So far, no additional documents or screenshots have been requested from me, and I was only informed that I must wait for the investigation results. In order to avoid any further financial loss during this process, I also canceled my card immediately.
I request that the unauthorized approximately $33 charge be refunded to me as soon as possible, that a detailed investigation be conducted regarding this transaction, and that the necessary security checks be performed to prevent similar unauthorized withdrawals from happening again in the future.
