MyIQ Team Made Unauthorized Charges Including a 29.99 EUR Payment

On November 2, 2025, I authorized a charge of only 0.5 EUR (25.66 TL / $1) on the Myıq Team website for a simple IQ test. However, on the same day, another unauthorized 0.5 EUR charge was made to my card, and then on November 9, 2025, an additional unauthorized charge of 29.99 EUR (1508.58 TL / $34) was processed.

All of these transactions were made through my VakıfBank credit card, and my bank allowed these unauthorized charges without requesting any additional approval from me. I consented only to a one-time, low-value payment, yet repeated and high-value transactions were carried out afterward. This has severely damaged my trust in both Myıq Team and my bank.

After checking similar complaints, I found that there are many reports of unauthorized charges made by Myıq Team. I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized transactions and immediate implementation of security measures to prevent any further charges to my card.

I expect Myıq Team to provide an explanation for these unauthorized withdrawals and cancel any subscriptions, memberships, recurring payments, or linked services associated with my account. I also expect VakıfBank to open an investigation, compensate me for the issue, and implement additional security controls to ensure this does not happen again.
