WPS Office Double Charged Me $64 After Cancellation

On November 8, 2025, even though I was using the free version of the WPS Office app and canceled the subscription immediately through the Play Store, a total of approximately $64 was charged to my Halkbank account in two separate transactions (about $41 and $23). The transaction was processed through the Google account registered under a***********@gmail.com. This occurred entirely without my knowledge or consent.
I was unable to receive support because I could not reach any customer service phone number. I also have bank statements documenting these transactions. I request that the full $64 be refunded to me immediately.
