On September 7, September 30, and October 14, three separate charges of $5 (about 154 TRY each) were made to my Akbank card ending in 7313 under the name Google Help Pay. These payments were made without my knowledge or authorization, and I have no idea which service or subscription they belong to.
I have never started or approved any subscription related to Google Help Pay, and these withdrawals occurred entirely without my consent. This situation is deeply concerning and unacceptable.
I request an immediate refund of all unauthorized charges and the cancellation of any associated subscriptions or payment authorizations linked to my account. I also expect an official explanation from Google regarding how these payments were processed without my permission.
