Money was withdrawn from my account in the amount of $23 this morning through the WPS Office app that I use on my Android phone, without any knowledge or approval on my part. Previously, I had only made a $0.05 payment through the app; aside from that, I did not authorize any subscription or purchase that would justify this charge.
After noticing what I believe to be a suspicious transaction, I think I canceled the subscription through the app. However, the $23 charged to my account was collected without my consent and is an unauthorized charge.
I request a full refund of the $23 withdrawn from my card by WPS Office and ask that appropriate measures be taken to prevent unauthorized charges like this from happening again.
