WPS Office App Triggers $56 Unauthorized Yearly Charge on Lenovo Tablet

While using the WPS Office app installed on my Lenovo Ideatab device, a charge of $56 was processed from my Ziraat Bank debit card linked to my Google account on July 25, 2026, at 07:37 AM without my knowledge or consent. The transaction details state "Yearly Plan (WPS Office-PDF, Word, Sheet)" via Google Play. However, I did not knowingly or intentionally purchase this subscription, nor did I complete any confirmation step.

Because no notification or security code was sent to me via SMS or any other method prior to the transaction, it was impossible for me to give authorization. I only realized what happened when I checked my card activity and noticed the deduction on July 25, 2026. I did not perform any purchase for this amount myself through the WPS Office app or via my Google account.

I demand that this transaction, conducted without my knowledge or consent, be canceled immediately and that the $56 fee be refunded to my card. Furthermore, I request that necessary security checks and investigations be conducted to prevent such unauthorized charges from recurring, that any active subscription be completely canceled, and that I be provided with a written update regarding the process.
