WPS Office Charges $56 Annual Subscription Fee After Hidden Free Trial

I started a free 3-day trial membership on the WPS Office app. Following the trial period, I wanted to cancel my subscription, but because my membership did not appear in the system within the app, I was unable to complete the cancellation. Although the app stated "You can cancel your subscription via Google Play," no subscription appeared in my Google Play account either.

Despite all of this, on July 23, 2026, $56 was charged from my account without my permission or consent, and without even prompting me for a confirmation code. I saw on the receipt that the fee was collected on an annual rather than a monthly basis.

I cannot find any customer service, call center, or Turkish language support to reach out to for the subscription cancellation and refund process. Because of this, I am experiencing hardship, and I demand that the $56 charged without my consent be refunded to my account, that my subscription be canceled, and that I be updated on the matter.
