WPS Office App Charges $56 Subscription Fee Immediately After 3-Day Trial

On August 8, 2026, I purchased a 3-day trial version of the WPS Office app via Google Play for $0.08. Before I had the opportunity to cancel the trial, on the 4th day, a high-value charge was processed from my account without any confirmation code or explicit consent, whereupon I canceled my subscription on that same day.

On August 11, 2026, a charge of $56 was processed from my credit card on behalf of WPS Office. Having barely used the app, having this amount withdrawn without my knowledge caused me significant hardship. I immediately contacted my bank to report that the transaction occurred without my knowledge or consent and requested a refund to my card.

Because I could not find any official contact address or customer service channel for WPS Office, I was unable to reach the company directly. I do not accept such a high amount being withdrawn without notice right after a trial period. I demand that the charge be canceled and the payment of $56 be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
