WPS Office Overcharges User with Unexpected Second Annual Subscription Fee

On May 24, I purchased a one-year subscription package through the WPS Office app, and $31 was deducted from my Akbank card for this transaction. Believing I had paid for a full year of service, I continued using the app.

However, on June 5, 2026, I noticed that another $52 was withdrawn from the same card without any authorization or prior notice. As shown in the bank transaction record, this additional deduction—for which no explanation was provided—was taken without my permission. Having already purchased a one-year package, I do not accept being charged again, for an even higher amount, less than a month later.

I demand that the unauthorized $52 charge be refunded to me and that a detailed explanation be provided regarding why this transaction occurred. I request full clarification on the subscription terms and payment plan to resolve my hardship.
