I’ve recently encountered an issue with my WordPress site that I never experienced before—it has significantly slowed down on its own. Previously, the site ran perfectly fine, but now it takes ages to load. The problem isn’t related to image size since the site contains only about 20-30 images.
What’s puzzling is that when I use a VPN, the site loads quickly. This leads me to believe there might be an underlying issue with the hosting or configuration that needs attention. I tried reaching out to the support team, only to learn they provide assistance exclusively for Premium packages.
It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and receive minimal support. A platform as reputable as WordPress should address such concerns without additional costs. I am requesting immediate help to resolve this slowdown issue.
