Wooden Star 3,200 PLN Payout Missing for 14 Days

I am writing regarding the Wooden Star game, where despite completing the required level and winning the prize, I have still not received my payout. In the game my balance reached around 3,200 PLN and I ordered the withdrawal of these funds. According to the game and the transaction history visible in the application, the payouts are shown as successful, yet the money has never appeared in my account. Tomorrow it will be 14 days since I have been waiting for this payout, which I consider an unacceptably long delay. I contacted Wooden Star support about this issue but did not receive any response at all, which increases my concern about the reliability of this game. I request the immediate payment of the full 3,200 PLN winnings to my account without any further delay, as well as a clear explanation of why the payout has not been processed within a reasonable time.
