Wooden Star Payment Process Pending

I am writing about a serious problem I am facing with the Wooden Star game regarding my payment withdrawal. Today I attempted to withdraw my earnings of 30,000 taka from the Wooden Star game. However, in the withdrawal section the status is still showing as “pending” and the money has not been credited to my account. In the app screen it clearly shows the withdrawal attempt, but the process is not being completed. I have already sent an email to the support team of Wooden Star about this issue, but I have not received any response or explanation so far. There has been no information about the reason for the delay or how long it will take to resolve this. I request that my withdrawal of 30,000 taka be processed successfully as soon as possible and that the pending status be removed. I also expect a clear response explaining why this problem occurred and assurance that similar issues will not happen again.
