Wooden Star Withdrawal Missing

I have been using the Wooden Star game and requested a withdrawal of 90,000 Rs to my Easypaisa account on 31.07.2026. In the application, the transaction appears as “Success” and “Delivering” to Easypaisa, but this amount has still not been credited to my Easypaisa balance. Since that date I have been waiting and I have repeatedly submitted messages through the in‑app SMS/contact option, but I have not received any reply or solution from Wooden Star. The situation is very upsetting because the game shows the payment as completed while I have received nothing in my Easypaisa account. I request that my 90,000 Rs be immediately transferred to my Easypaisa account as shown in the Wooden Star transaction history, or that I am clearly informed about the reason for the delay and given a prompt solution.
