Wooden Star Game Withdrawal Not Received in JazzCash Account

For some time I have been playing the Wooden Star Game app with the expectation that the earnings shown in the game would be withdrawn to my JazzCash account, but despite successful messages inside the app I have still not received my money. On 19 July 2026 I requested a withdrawal of 90,000 Rs from the Wooden Star Game app to my JazzCash account. Inside the game this transaction appeared as successful / delivering, but no money ever reached my JazzCash balance. Later I also reached a withdrawal amount of 150,000 Rs and requested this to the same JazzCash account. Again, inside the application the withdrawals were shown as successful / delivering, but my JazzCash account remained completely empty and there is no record of any incoming transaction for these amounts. At the moment both withdrawals, 90,000 Rs and 150,000 Rs, are stuck in the Wooden Star Game system, and I am still playing for a total of 300,000 Rs, but I do not trust that any withdrawal will really be paid out because of these experiences. I check my JazzCash account every day and there is still no record of any credit from Wooden Star Game. I contacted Wooden Star Game support via email three times about these missing withdrawals, but I have not received any reply or solution. This situation has caused me serious financial and emotional stress, because I urgently need this money and I played the game in the belief that the amounts shown could really be withdrawn. I request that the full amounts of 90,000 Rs and 150,000 Rs shown as successful or delivering in the Wooden Star Game app be immediately and correctly transferred to my JazzCash account, or that a clear and documented explanation be provided for why these withdrawals have not been processed, together with a fair solution.
