I believe Wooden Star should honor the statements in the game that winners get their money and complete the withdrawal to my M‑Pesa account without any further delay. I request that Wooden Star urgently reviews my account, completes the payment of the full 55,000 to my M‑Pesa, and informs me of the reason for this long processing time and non‑payment.
