A year and a half ago, we went to Media Markt to buy a Fissler pressure cooker. Based on the salesperson's recommendation, we purchased a WMF pressure cooker instead. I wish we hadn’t. The salesperson said that the lid and handle could be put in the dishwasher. However, we never put the handle in the machine, nor did we drop it; we always hand-washed it. Despite this, cracks have appeared in the handle, and the pressure gasket has also torn.
We sent it in for warranty service, but of course, we were told it was out of warranty, and we were quoted ₺2500 just for the handle. We are very dissatisfied with this experience.
