Service, Product, Communication Problems at Zirve Modern Tefal Armada
On August 21, 2024, at 12:50 PM, I purchased three WMF goods for ₺27,500 from the Zirve Modern Tefal Armada. Following the sale, Ms. M***, the only staff member, informed me that certain boxes were missing and that she would locate them with the assistance of her colleagues, leaving me with little alternative but to wait. I was provided with no information on the products! On August 2, I received no responses to my calls or messages. On August 3, I enquired about the reason for not obtaining a response to my calls. I was told that Ms. M*** had gone on annual leave, and someone who did not disclose their name informed me that they did not know the problem and that the manager, Mr. Ş*** would be accessible after 2:00 PM. When I inquired whether the manager had come, my message was ignored! I went to the store and discovered that the individual who had ignored me was Mr. O***. He persistently impeded my right to receive information about the items and the situation by continually repeating, "I don't know, the manager Ş*** knows," and refused to discuss anything else. Meanwhile, in the store, the manager Ş*** had a lengthy and comprehensive conversation with a female customer regarding the merchandise. I told them I was waiting for the manager, but no one paid attention to me! The business was hardly crowded—there were just two customers and two employees. I tried to speak with Mr. O*** again, but he departed, saying, "I'm going to the restroom." The manager, Mr. Ş***, later stated, "We should have shown you the product and checked all the parts before handing it over to you." I agree. I was forced to pay for a taxi twice simply to obtain basic information. The manager, Mr. Ş***, even offered to cover my taxi ticket. However, no amount of money can compensate for the wasted effort of attempting to obtain responses from ignored WhatsApp messages, the time wasted by going to the restroom instead of providing information in the store, and the insincere politeness that was not reflected in service, product, or communication. I will never buy another product from the Zirve Modern Tefal Armada. They have lost a long-time and devoted Tefal customer. In addition, on August 14, 2024, I realized that the water gauge on the WMF product I used for cooking is no longer working, even though I purchased it less than a month ago. I've attached photos.
