Wizz Air Not Refunding My Fully Refundable Ticket—No Response

On December 16, 2024, I purchased a fully refundable round-trip ticket for two people from Rome to Albania through Enuygun, booking with Wizz Air. Since then, I have called customer service multiple times, and each time, I was told that Wizz Air would process the refund. However, when I contacted Wizz Air directly, they informed me that the refund must be handled by Enuygun since I purchased the ticket through their platform.

I have sent several emails to the listed Enuygun addresses and even contacted their 'redmine' email, yet I have received no refund and no proper response. I never took the flights, and I requested a refund multiple times, but it feels like they are deliberately ignoring me to let the claim expire.

Am I really required to take this to the Consumer Rights Court just to get back the money I am rightfully owed? On top of everything, I even paid an extra fee for a refundable ticket, yet they are not honoring it.
