I Face Website Access Issue on Wix After Renewing My Domain Subscription
After my previous Wix domain expired, I purchased a new domain and completed the payment this morning (Invoice No: 1161432819). However, even though it has now been two days since the renewal, my website is still inaccessible — it doesn’t load or appear online in any form.
I tried reaching out to Wix customer support, but there’s no phone support available, and the AI live chat assistant could not resolve my issue. I’ve never experienced this problem before, and it’s frustrating to face such a delay right after renewing my domain.
I request that my website be restored and made accessible as soon as possible and that my domain connection be reactivated without further delay. I also expect Wix to address this issue quickly and ensure that users don’t experience such disruptions after completing their renewal payments.
