I Need My Old Konami ID

I am an eFootball player and I had been using my Konami ID regularly until my account was taken over by someone else. First my password was changed without my permission and then my Konami ID itself was stolen and exchanged, so I can no longer access my account. I have not been able to log in since this happened and I have not shared my login information with anyone. I can provide screenshots of my old account to prove that I am the real owner. I request that my stolen account be investigated, my Konami ID and access be restored to me, and any unauthorized changes made by third parties be reverted.
