IPSY Glam Bag Deliveries Not Happening, I Want To Cancel Subscription
My last two Glam Bags never arrived, considering their promises of delivering products not good score… customer service seems impossible to reach. Cancelling feels like a never-ending chase. trying to navigate through their system just to cancel a subscription is never easy, I knew it, but this level of incompetence? Why? I've seen many reviews claiming that even after you cancel, the company keeps charging customers. So aggravting to be stuck in a subscription service that doesn't live up to its promises and makes it incredibly difficult to cancel. unfortunately, this company does not any expections one could have in this sense…I hate the moment I signed up really. Please, cancel my subsciription, even delete all of my name, info whatever you have.
