eDreams Unauthorized Prime Membership Charge
Without my knowledge or consent, my credit card was charged 54.99 euros for a Prime membership. I never asked for or approved such a membership or purchase. This flagrant disregard for my authorization and privacy annoys me. I'd like to state clearly that I did not initiate or authorize this membership in any way. It is deeply concerning and unacceptable that money was withdrawn from my credit card without my permission. I urgently request a full refund for this fraudulent transaction. It is critical that the company act quickly to correct this situation. This experience has left me feeling betrayed and disheartened as a customer. I hope they recognize the gravity of the situation and work quickly to resolve it.

I'm facing a similar issue with eDreams. What's more, their customer service approach is quite frustrating as they insist on phone calls to resolve any concerns in a us number, even ı leave in Germany and booked from Germany. This isn't my first negative experience with them. Their customer treatment policies leave much to be desired. I'm currently in the process of trying to GET a refund for a flight ı mistakenly booked and then immediately canceled. Still waiting for my Money back after One year.
