Wise Transfer of 310€ Never Arrived at My Bank — Bank Says No Record”
On September 24, I made a transfer of 310 euros to my Ziraat Bank account through the Wise app. I paid approximately 30 euros in fees during the process. However, despite the time that has passed, the transferred amount has still not reached my bank account.
When I contacted Wise customer service about this issue, I was told that I needed to speak with Ziraat Bank. When I called Ziraat Bank, they informed me that no such transfer appeared on their system. I have proof showing that the transfer was completed.
I have never experienced a problem like this before. I request that this issue be resolved and that the 310 euros be returned to my account.
