On March 18, I transferred €2299 from my Ziraat Bankası account to my Wise account. However, Wise rejected the transfer due to "missing documents" and informed me on March 20 that the money was being returned to my Ziraat account.

Today is March 27, and it has been over a week—I still haven’t received the refund. I contacted Ziraat Bank customer service, but no one is offering any real help. I’m just being passed around with no answers.

Wise keeps responding with generic emails like, “Your funds will arrive within X business days,” yet nothing is happening. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I demand that Ziraat Bank immediately locate and refund my money. I have bills to pay—this delay is causing real harm. Get this resolved now!
