
It’s been three weeks, and I still haven’t received the payment sent via Wise. I’ve been told numerous times to have the sender contact Wise, call my bank, or submit PDF documents, but none of this has helped. My bank has no record of the transfer, and Wise keeps insisting that they’ve sent the payment. There’s no real assistance from either side, and I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution. I expect Wise to step up, provide a real solution, and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
