I Face Delayed International Transfer on Wise and Lack of Resolution

I made an international money transfer in INR through the Wise app, but it has been three days, and the recipient still hasn’t received the funds. I even checked with the recipient’s bank using the transfer receipt, yet they confirmed that no payment has arrived.
Now, Wise has initiated a recall process, and according to the email they sent me, if the issue isn’t resolved within 45 days, they will close the case entirely. I find this policy unacceptable — how can such a delay be considered normal for an international payment?
For reference, the transfer ID is #1776284443, and I urgently request that the transaction be completed immediately and that the money reach the intended recipient without further delay.
Wise operates in partnership with Fibabanka A.Ş. and Moka United Payment Services and Electronic Money Institution A.Ş., and I hold them equally responsible for this issue.
I request that my loss and inconvenience be addressed immediately, and that Wise ensures faster and more transparent handling of this transaction.
