Wise Transfer Stuck – Conflicting Emails About Fund Status

I made a transfer to my Wise account eight days ago, but the funds have yet to appear in my account. I have all the necessary documentation, including the transfer receipt, proving that the payment was made. Despite this, Wise continues to delay crediting the funds.
To make matters worse, I’ve received conflicting emails from Wise. One email states, "Your funds have reached us," while another claims, "Your funds have not reached us." This inconsistency is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
Wise, I demand immediate clarification and resolution of this issue. The delay and contradictory information have caused significant inconvenience. Please ensure the funds are credited to my account without further delay, and improve your communication for better customer service.
