Wise Transfer Delay - Funds Not Showing Up in My Account for 3 Days

It's been 3 days and I'm still waiting for the money sent to me through Wise to show up in my account. It's impossible for the sender to take it back! I don't comprehend this gibberish. There's no one available to assist. Transferwise, we encountered some problems with the initial transaction, and unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be anyone available to help us resolve it. According to the bank, there is no record of any incoming transfer. I demand a fast solution.
