Wise Money Transfer Dispute – Funds Marked Refunded But Never Received


On June 13, 2025, I initiated an international money transfer through Wise to Poland, in Ziloti currency. The transfer reference number is 819398863. The sender account holder is Şebnem D****, and the total amount sent was 1000 TL.
Despite a reasonable amount of time having passed, the funds have neither reached the recipient’s account nor been refunded back to my account.
After noticing the issue, I contacted both Wise and the intermediary institution, Fibabanka Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri, providing all the required details and documents. Wise responded that the money had been refunded, but this information is incorrect since no refund has been received in my account. Fibabanka, on the other hand, provided no assistance or clear guidance.
At this point, I am left without a reliable point of contact and continue to face unresolved financial loss. I can provide my bank receipt as proof of the transaction if required.
I am formally requesting that the 1000 TL transfer be refunded to my account immediately and that this issue be resolved without further delay.
