Wise Marked My Transfers as Complete but Money Never Reached Recipient in Indonesia

On May 12, 2025, and May 21, 2025, I made two separate money transfers through Wise with the following transfer IDs: #1535516184 and #1548106379. Although both transactions are marked as “completed” in the Wise system, the recipient never received the funds.
After contacting the receiving bank, Bank Nagari in Indonesia, I was informed that they do not accept international transfers into the specified account and that the money never arrived. I provided Wise support with the official bank statement proving this, but to date, I have not received a refund, nor have I been given a proper solution or explanation.
The total amount sent:
📌 ₺14,650.42 + ₺7,400.00 = ₺22,050.42

I now demand that Wise treat these transfers as failed and immediately issue a full refund of the total amount to my account. If this is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to escalate the matter to BTK, legal authorities, and consumer rights platforms, and will share the full documentation—including correspondence and bank records—on social media.
Wise must take urgent action to fix this serious issue and honor their responsibility to protect customers.
