Wingie Flight Refund Delayed Over a Month

I purchased a round-trip flight ticket via Wingie from Istanbul to Jakarta and back, and requested a refund on 4 June 2026. Since then, the refund has not been paid to me and the process is still not concluded. On 18 June 2026, Wingie informed me that the refund had failed. After that, every time I contacted customer service, I was told the same thing, that my refund is still being processed. Today is 18 July 2026, so more than a month has passed since my refund request, but no refund has been reflected in my account and I have not received any clear or satisfying explanation. My reservation was made under the name Yusnanda A*** N*** with PNR code QL739X. I am requesting that Wingie urgently complete the process and pay my full refund without any further delay, and provide a clear written confirmation that the refund has been issued. If this delay continues and my refund is still not paid, I will escalate the matter to my bank and request a chargeback.
