Windsor Klima Dripping Water After One Year of Use

I bought a Windsor Klima air conditioner in July of last year, and it started dripping water today. The air vent is where the leak is coming from, and it's not a big problem because it drips slowly. I don't understand why this is happening after only one year of use.

I need help figuring out what to do to fix this problem. Does this happen a lot? What could have caused it to happen so quickly? Please help me as soon as possible, because I use the air conditioner every day. I expect Windsor to take care of this right away and offer an answer or warranty repair.
