Vestel Windsor WST 65 E Water Heater Installed Incorrectly, Blocking Cabinet Access


I purchased a Vestel Windsor WST 65 E water heater, which was installed by an authorized service technician on October 12, 2024. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home during the installation, and my wife supervised. When I came home that evening, I discovered that the water heater was installed directly in front of the bathroom cabinet door, making it impossible to open the cabinet.
This poorly planned installation has caused significant inconvenience and even led to arguments at home. While the water heater itself is excellent—affordable, reliable, and with a 3-year warranty—the technician’s mistake has left us unable to use our bathroom cabinet.
I am requesting an urgent resolution to this issue. Vestel needs to send a technician to correct this installation error immediately. Proper installation is as important as product quality, and I expect a quick response.
