Improper Installation by Vestel/Regal Damaged My Water Heater

Due to faulty installation by Vestel/Regal service technicians, my water heater fell from its mounting and was damaged. The technicians, clearly lacking proper expertise, failed to drill a hole matching the size of the anchor bolt, causing the water heater to detach. Despite this being their mistake, the service team blamed the wall's strength and refused to acknowledge their error.

The damage caused by their negligence wasn’t even noted on the service report, and customer service has failed to provide a solution. I am highly dissatisfied with both the installation quality and the lack of accountability from Vestel/Regal. I demand an immediate resolution and compensation for the damage caused by their unprofessional service.
